T42 Basic LCD Display Operation
The LCD display shows the instantaneous speed of your G-force T42, average speed, maximum speed, battery charge, the motor power when riding, how far you have ridden, and much more.
There are 5 buttons on the finger controller of the LCD display: POWER button, UP (+) button, DOWN (-) button, Mode (i) side button, and LIGHT button.
Turn On/Off the LCD display
Press and hold the “POWER” button to turn on or turn off the LCD display.
Turn On/Off the Headlight
Press the “LIGHT” button to turn on or turn off the headlight. The light sign can be viewed on the screen.
Increase/Decrease the PAS Level (Pedal-Assist)
By default, it shows Level 1 and there are four level options: Level 0, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3. Level 0 indicates “without pedal assistance”.
Press the UP (+) button to increase the PAS level, press the DOWN (-) button to decrease the PAS level.
Optional Readout Display Menu (Main Menu)
Speedometer, Trip Odometer (TRIP), Odometer (ODO), Maximum Speed (MAXS), Average Speed (AVG), Motor Power
When the LCD display is on, it shows the real-time speed (mph) and riding distance (mile) by default. Press the “i” button to toggle and select one of the possible presenting options.
Note: The LCD display will auto shut off if the bike stands unused for more than 10 minutes. By default, the speedometer will reset and back at zero when you reboot the LCD display. The trip meter will not reset itself to zero.
Push-Forward Mode
In some cases you might have to push the bike forward, avail of the ”Push-Forward Mode” to make this effortless and easy.
Press and hold the “Down” button to access this mode in which the bike will roll forward automatically at a certain speed ( 3.7 mph).
