G-Force has sent me replacements for both the display and the controller, yet the error continues. This demonstrates that the problem is more systemic and not being properly addressed. Warranty Disputes: Every warranty claim has been met with resistance. The company delays responses and argues against legitimate claims. When I requested a refund, I was offered only $500 and a replacement part, but only if I agreed to terminate my warranty early. This practice feels coercive and unfair. Missing Assembly Instructions and Parts Confusion: The bike arrived without assembly instructions. Additionally, two extra parts were included that I still have no idea how or where to install. These were not replacements, but parts that came with the original purchase, raising serious concerns about product quality control. False or Misleading Advertising: G-Force advertises the ZM Pro’s battery range as “up to 210 miles,” with a disclaimer noting actual distances may vary based on conditions, rider weight, and other factors. I am 5’11” and approximately 190 lbs, riding primarily on normal commuting routes. Even under these reasonable conditions, the best range I’ve achieved is about 40 miles per charge — less than 20% of the advertised claim. The disclaimer does not justify such a drastic shortfall, and this feels misleading. Questionable Business Practices: I have also noticed that the company’s online reviews are disproportionately positive, with many five-star reviews appearing suspicious or inauthentic. This raises concerns about manipulated ratings, which could mislead potential buyers. Conclusion: Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the G-Force ZM Pro or G-Force as a company. The product has not performed as advertised, continues to suffer from recurring errors even after multiple replacement parts, and the warranty and refund practices have been frustrating, slow, and unfair."
