"Controller is not boxed in where cables enter the box allows water and dirt to enter. My controller is now faulty and a new controller is said to be sold out no doubt all DE-S are unaware that there bike is left exposed to a faulty design and impossible to repair if no part is not available. To say I am disappointed is an understatement."

"When assembling my new bike, the documentation differed from the bike in many places. The charger arrived dead -- I filled out the online communication form with my order number and have not received a reply (or a new charger) from you. The brakes could not be aligned properly, so I had to take it to a bike shop. They could not talk with you in person to get the correct part, so they had to get it elsewhere. I could not find a phone number for me to talk with a real person in your company."
